On Purpose helps people who want to use their talent to help lead the change for a better and healthier society.

The On Purpose Associate Programme is a 1 year programme that combines paid work with professional development.

When you join On Purpose, you:

• Are paid to work in placements at organisations such as Virgin Unite, Big Society Capital, JustGiving, UnLtd and Social Enterprise UK.
• Receive weekly training from professionals at leading organisations in the commercial and social sector, for example, McKinsey, the Design Council, the Cabinet Office, Ogilvy and the Big Issue.
• Learn from your peers, experienced mentors and executive coaches.
• Become part of a supportive network of emerging social enterprise leaders.

What you should know about the On Purpose Associate Programme

• The On Purpose alumni are a strong network of emerging leaders.
• The programme is full time, based in London.
• The programme starts on Wednesday 1st April 2015.
• Associates work in their placements 4.5 days a week and spend Friday afternoon at training.
• Associates are paid £21,000 for the year, which is a stipend for a year of training and development.
