THE GRADUATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP FUND

The Bank of Industry Limited (BOI) is collaborating with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Directorate and Growing Businesses Foundation (GBF) to implement the Graduate Entrepreneurship Fund for One Thousand (1000) NYSC members who exhibit passion for entrepreneurship, experience in chosen business and relevance of business idea.

The GEF is a N2 billion Fund with an objective to tackle the high rate of graduate unemployment in Nigeria by BOI and its partners.

The GEF which will also incorporate trainings to be facilitated by BOI partner Entrepreneurship Development Centers in the six (6) geopolitical zones and will be conducted at selected NYSC orientation camps through the NYSC Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) initiative.

The GEF which is open to only serving Youth Corps members will help to alleviate the high mortality ratio of startups in the country by helping providing access to capital.
