About The Chevening Scholarship Program
Chevening Scholarship Program, the global scholarship program of the UK government funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organization, is accepting applications from students in Chevening countries who are willing to study in the UK.
Chevening Scholarships are awarded to talented professionals who are potential future leaders, decision-makers and opinion formers. The scholarships offer financial support to study for a Master’s degree at one of the UK’s leading universities, and the opportunity to become part of an influential and highly regarded global network.  
In the 2015/2016 cycle, approximately 1,500 talented individuals with leadership potential will be awarded the financial support to study for a Master’s degree at one of the UK’s leading universities.

Eligibility
  • Applicants must be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country, and intend to return there for a minimum of 2 years after your Chevening Award has finished.
  • Applicants must hold a degree that is equivalent to at least an upper-second class (2:1) honours degree in the UK before applying.
  • Applicants must have completed at least two years’ work experience before applying. This can include voluntary work and paid or unpaid internships.
  • Meet the Chevening English language requirement by 15 July 2015.
  • Applications must be made to three different eligible UK university courses (unless otherwise specified in the award category).
  • Applicant must not hold British citizenship or dual British citizenship, unless the s/he are a citizen of a British Overseas Territory or hold BN(O) and is applying from Hong Kong.
