The Lucknow Conclave is a platform, where
leaders of tomorrow meet to discuss and further develop their ideas into
reality. With the aim to foster leadership qualities amongst students and young
professionals by opening a cross-cultural dialogue on issues of global
relevance.
The Lucknow Conclave is an initiative taken
by the youths of India with Adhrit Foundation taking the lead as its Principal
Organizer. The conclave is set to take place from 27th – 29th June, 2014 at IIM
Lucknow, India.
The Conclave is designed to equip young
leaders of tomorrow as students and young professionals to understand more
clearly complex global issues and strategise on ways in which they can
contribute meaningfully to a more secure, just and sustainable future.
The FOCUS AREAS of the Lucknow Conclave

Vision
The Lucknow Conclave has been initiated to
catalyse the creation of a dynamic youth led global leadership ecosystem that
would inspire visionary initiatives and organizations, spanning national
boundaries and cultural differences. As the world becomes increasingly flatter,
it demands more than just traditional skills in a leader, it demands a global
mindset ingrained in cultural diversity.
Mission
The Lucknow Conclave contrives to inspire,
engage and cultivate in next generation leaders, a global perspective,
inter cultural empathy and emotional intelligence that would make them adept at
operating in International and multicultural contexts while guiding them
through the complexities brought on by moving beyond one’s traditional
boundaries.
The Conclave will feature distinguished
luminaries from the fields of politics, business, academia, entertainment,
journalism and sports and delegates will come together and share the stage with
the leaders of tomorrow, engaging them in a cross cultural dialogue while
motivating them to reach out to their paramount potential in pursuit of
solutions to current global challenges.
